This is a fitness and health offering that gives our members access to South Africa?s first telephone virtual gym. They will have 24-hour access to our telephonic personal trainers, conduct their assessments over the telephone and have a customised fitness and nutrition plans designed every twelve weeks and sent to members.

Trainers guide clients via the telephone and also offer them the Total Lifestyle Turnaround Programme. This is a fitness and lifestyle offering that allows the member to become fit and healthy in any environment.

The value of the My Personal Trainer Virtual Gym membership is as follows:

  • The Member will have 24-hour to a Personal Trainer on the telephone by dialing 0860 11 My PT (6978)
  • Members will receive a weekly motivational SMS message
  • Members will receive a monthly outbound call to monitor their progress.
  • Members will receive a monthly newsletter.
  • Every 12 weeks members will call My Personal Trainer and conduct a virtual assessment over the phone, and have a new 12-week programme designed for the member.
  • All members who register will have access to book a Personal Trainer to train with them at the office, home or gym at a discounted rate, in selected areas nationally.
  • There is a once off joining fee of R350 and a 12 month membership with a monthly fee of R59.00 per month.
